A1: Yes, we support full customization of product LOGO and shell color, and can print the customer's brand LOGO and customize the shell color according to the Pantone color number provided by the customer.
Q2: Does the solar trailer include a complete CCTV system (camera/NVR)?
A2: The standard configuration is a "bare tower" with a professional CCTV box and 8-port POE switch (plug-and-play). Most customers choose to install local cameras/NVR according to their own needs. We also provide pre-installation service of Hikvision cameras and matching NVR if needed.
Q3: Can the trailer operate stably in sub-zero temperatures in winter?
A3: Yes. We have designed a variety of low-temperature adaptation solutions for the trailer, including thermal insulation cotton for the battery compartment, battery heating pads, low-temperature lithium-sodium batteries and methanol fuel generator system. Our sales engineers will recommend the most suitable solution according to the customer's application region.
Q4: How many cameras can the HiSTAR-V solar trailer support at most?
A4: The trailer is equipped with an 8-port POE switch, which can support a maximum of 6 cameras in actual use. The specific number depends on the local sunlight conditions, solar panel power, battery capacity and camera power consumption. Our sales team will provide a reasonable matching plan according to the customer's project needs.
Q5: Is the lithium battery option more expensive? What about the shipping cost?
A5: Yes, the LFP lithium battery has higher performance and safety than the standard GEL battery, so the unit price is slightly higher. In addition, lithium batteries belong to dangerous goods in international transportation, and the shipping cost is higher than that of GEL batteries. We will provide a detailed price comparison and transportation plan for customers to choose.
Q6: Can the solar trailer support 4G/5G network connection?
A6: Yes, 4G router is our standard optional device, which can be installed in the CCTV box to realize remote transmission of surveillance video. We also support the matching of 5G router according to the customer's needs and the network coverage of the application site.
Q7: Is the HiSTAR-V solar trailer available for rental business?
A7: Yes, the product is specially designed for rental business with its tool-free quick deployment, easy maintenance and durable structure. We have provided mature rental solutions for many global rental companies, and can customize the product configuration according to the rental scenario.
Q8: What is the production lead time for customized orders?
A8: The lead time for customized orders is slightly longer than that of standard orders, generally 5-8 weeks (depending on the complexity of customization). We will confirm the specific production and delivery cycle with the customer before the order is placed, and ensure on-time delivery.
