Can I customize the LOGO and colors?

Yes, color and logo can be customized.

How long can this unit stay light?

It comes with a built-in 2560Wh lithium battery, which can power a 100W LED light for 20 hours when fully charged.

How much power can this unit charge per day?

It's equipped with a 450W solar panel, which can fully charge the 2560Wh battery in approximately 6 hours.

What smart features do your lights have?

In addition to manual on/off, our lights can also be set to light-sensing or timed switching, saving you on-site operation time and costs.

What's the maximum power of your lights?

Due to the limitations of solar panel power and battery capacity, we only support a maximum of 2100W. Generally, we recommend customers install 250W, which is the optimal combination.

How do I deploy this unit?

You can easily move and deploy it using the forklift holes and lifting rings at the bottom. The light pole can be manually raised and lowered to reduce transportation height.

Do you provide shipping services?

Yes. For North America, we can provide door-to-door (DDP) service. For the Middle East/Europe/others, we generally provide factory-to-port (CIF) service.

What's the production lead time?

A standard sample is generally shipped within 2 weeks; batch orders generally take about 1 month. Please kindly consult our sales team for specifics.

What's the warranty period?

2-year standard warranty. During the warranty period, if any product failures occur, we will provide technical support and free replacement parts.
