Building Client Confidence Through Virtual Factory Inspections

On 2024 September 12, our business managers, Erica and Shina, conducted a virtual factory inspection and product presentation for a potential client. Through video, they introduced our office areas and R&D workshop, offering a comprehensive overview of our capabilities.

The highlight of the session was the detailed presentation of several Mobile Surveillance Trailers, which the client had shown interest in. Erica and Shina focused on the trailers' exterior design, solar panels, energy storage systems, and advanced surveillance features, providing insights into how these units perform across different environments.

Tailored product recommendations and business development suggestions were also shared, aligned with the client's specific business needs. By the end of the meeting, the client expressed appreciation for both our products and the level of service provided.
