Nice design with green color, it looks great. For the hitch of the trailer, it is different with other suppliers, because we used full welding for making it, it won't get water and rust.

MPPT controller details

The MPPT controller is very easy for customer to operate it, many customer used it and feel it is very good.

Fan design inside

Some customer are worried about the mobile solar surveillance tower is too heat up due to put it in the high temperature area. We have designed the fan inside of the trailer to solve the problem.

The diesel generator is for back up when the sun is not enough, the hybrid system can detect when the batteries are getting low. It will start automaticly.

Some mobile surveillance towers are ready to ship, they have been placed in the playground.

Please provide and confirm shipping way by LCL or Full Container, then BIGLUX will do the package accordingly.

1. By LCL shipping, it will be packaged by composite wooden box,  all the spare parts for the solar light tower will be put into one composite wooden box. 

Since solar trailer are big product, not small note book, the wooden case will be very big, one wooden case could be around 9CBM and the weight would be more than 1200KG. To make sure the tranportion will be process successfully, the shipper have to confirmed with consignee if they have proper forklift for unloading such big wooden case and if they have proper unloading deck. 

 

2.  By full container shipping, it will be packaged by pallets,  the mobile solar light will be locked on the pallets,  the solar trailer body will be protected by bubble plastic. Meanwhile we will protect solar panels from damage by EPE specially. Make sure the solar panels are properly protected
