1200W Adjustable Solar Array

Getting the best sun exposure shouldn't mean moving the entire light plant. Operators can manually rotate this 1200W solar array 180 degrees and use the electric tilt to hit the 30 to 60-degree sweet spot. It maximizes daily solar harvesting. You keep the LFP batteries topped off and permanently cut diesel out of your site budget.

Flexible LED Targeting

Job site conditions change fast. We built the lamp brackets to rotate 180 degrees and tilt 90 degrees, available in both manual and electric setups. Crews can point the fixtures exactly where the excavators are digging. It eliminates dark blind spots and keeps nighttime earthwork moving safely.

Dusk-to-Dawn Automation

Nobody should pay a crew member just to flip light switches. The main panel includes a photocell for dusk-to-dawn light-sensing automation. If you run specific shifts, set the timer mode to turn the tower on and off automatically. There is also a direct mechanical switch for immediate manual override.

Anti-Glare Industrial LED Lamps

Standard portable light towers often use cheap fixtures that blind operators. We spec our units with 100W or 150W heavy-duty LED lamps. They throw massive, stable illumination across the job site while actively cutting out heavy glare. The result is better visibility for heavy machinery operators and much lower power draw.

Concealed 9-Meter Mast Cabling

Hanging cables snag on equipment and rot in the sun. We put every power line inside the 9-meter telescopic mast. When the mast extends, the internal wiring keeps its elasticity without stretching or snapping. It completely blocks UV damage and weather exposure, preventing the most common cause of electrical failure on outdoor sites.

Triple-Thick Galvanized Steel

Construction gear takes a beating. We skip standard electroplating and hot-dip galvanize the core structural steel. The coating goes on three times thicker. This stops rust dead in its tracks. Whether the unit sits in a salty coastal shipyard or a wet mining quarry, the metal survives without needing constant maintenance.

Industrial-Grade Structural Skid Base

The stationary skid base is engineered for permanent, heavy-duty site anchoring. The frame includes integrated heavy-duty lifting rings for crane-assisted placement and a reinforced steel chassis that maintains structural integrity when positioned on raw, uneven industrial ground.
